This website is not updated because a new website is under construction. Actually, I still compose and arrange a lot! For the last news, please check my Facebook page.

Last minute news: I will replace Olivier Gagnon as a jury member for the Accès Arkea competition, organized with Arkea Ensemble and Codes d'accès. It is tonight at the Cabaret du Mile-End, at 9:00pm.
This needs to be confirmed, but I would be judge with renowned composers like Ana Sokolovic – the president of my thesis defence! –, Denis Bouliane and Serge Provost, including the ensemble conductor, Dina Gilbert.
What is Accès Arkea? It is “The Voice” for young composers, without big red sofa with a press button nor tearful descriptions of nervous pregnancies, “centre d'accueil” passages or mental diseases of our contestants. We keep some modesty!

For those who are afraid I am not a composer anymore, no worries. I am already working on many pieces, like one that I will write you about very soon...
Update : it was finally Alan Belkin and not Ana Sokolovic who was on the jury. (The post has been corrected). The winner of the Jury Prize is Zihua Tan and the Public Prize goes to Scott Rubin. Congratulations to the winners, and to the Arkea Ensemble, that was up to the challenge of lecture with brilliance. Having seen the difficulty of many of the scores presented, I know it was quite a challenge.
